关于电磁水表采集频率在实际应用中的差异研究

【摘要】 近年来,国家对节能减损提出了更高的要求,各省市地区自来水公司将降低漏损率作为了公司的首要任务,提高产销差率无疑是对节能、增效的有利保障。电磁水表作为一款新型计量产品恰好满足了水计量市场的需求。电磁水表因其独特的电池供电模式,满足了其安装地点无市电供电的要求,各生产厂家为了提升电磁水表的使用年限,主要通过降低信号采集频率的方式进行降低功耗,从而实现节省电能的效果。该文主要通过具体试验数据,讨论各种采集频率间隔的电磁水表在实际计量中所造成的准确度影响。

【Abstract】 In recent years,government has put forward higher requirements for energy conservation and depletion. The water supply companies in various provinces and cities have made the company’s top priority for reducing the leakage rate. Increasing the production and sales rate is undoubtedly a favorable guarantee for energy conservation and efficiency. Electromagnetic water meter as a new metering product just meets the needs of the water measurement market. Due to its unique battery power supply mode,the electromagnetic water meter meets the requirements of no power supply at the installation site. In order to increase the service life of the electromagnetic water meter,each manufacturer mainly reduces the power consumption by reducing the signal acquisition frequency,thereby saving energy. This paper mainly discusses the accuracy impact of electromagnetic water meters with various acquisition frequency intervals in actual measurement through specific test data.
