基于GIS的油田应急指挥系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 以ArcGIS为开发平台,C#为编程语言,通过ArcGIS Engine的二次开发,实现对油田事故点的空间定位功能和关联设备的拓扑分析功能,并将专家系统的功能模块化,有效的嵌入到应急指挥系统中来,更好的实现应急指挥的功能。文中阐述了系统的总体框架及各模块的功能设计,详细介绍了系统中事故定位,综合信息查询,故障点关联设备自动搜索等模块的技术关键和实现流程。现场实际应用表明,本系统能够满足油田系统对应急指挥的需求,从而确保油田安全生产。

【Abstract】 With ArcGIS for development platform,C # for programming language,the space positioning function and the associated equipment of topological analysis function in oilfield accident point are realized by redeveloping ArcGIS,and the function of expert system is modulated and embedded into emergency command system effectively,so the emergency command function is better implemented.The system’s overall frame and the function design of each module are described in this paper.The key technologies and realization process of positioning the accident,querying comprehensive information,and searching the fault point of associated equipment automatically and other modules of the system are introduced in detail.The actual application shows that the system can satisfy the demand for emergency command in oilfield system,so as to ensure safety production for oilfield.
