鼓型塔输电线路绝缘子破坏非线性动响应分析

【摘要】 为了研究绝缘子破坏失效对鼓型塔输电线路结构的受力影响,建立了输电线路耐张段的非线性耦合体系模型,通过导线找形非线性静力计算确定了耐张段的初始平衡状态。采用瞬态动力分析方法计算了绝缘子破坏失效危险工况下的输电线路耦合体系非线性动响应。分析结果表明,上横担一组绝缘子破坏失效后,破坏档未破坏端导线的张力超过了技术规程中的设计值;导线的跌落对破坏档未破坏端的上横担绝缘子受力有较大的影响,而对上横担铁塔杆件没有明显的影响;考虑杆塔断线荷载时,应增大两分裂以上导线纵向不平衡张力的下限值;在架空送电线路的设计中应该考虑绝缘子断裂的荷载工况。研究成果可为输电线路结构设计提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 In order to study the dynamic response of high voltage transmission lines with drum type towers under mechanical fault,the non-linear dynamic finite element model of a domestic 500kV high voltage transmission line system was established.The reliability of coupling system model was verified by static calculation results.Transient dynamic analysis method was proposed to analyze the variation law of dynamic response under insulator rupture,and the dynamic response of structural elements next to the broken span was calculated.The results show that the peak tension in the conductor of upper crossarm at suspension point exceeds the design value.Insulator rupture has no effect on tower component of upper crossarm,but it has significant influence on insulator tension of upper crossarm.The lower limit of longitudinal unbalanced tension of two and more than two bundle conductor is relatively small.Insulator rupture should be taken into account in the design for overhead transmission lines.The research results can provide the theoretical base for the design of transmission line.
