船用隔离器的低频振动试验

【摘要】 针对船舶机械低频减振的特点,探讨了船用隔离器低频减振效果。利用磁流变阻尼器具有响应速度快、阻尼可控、功耗小、阻尼力大、动态范围广及适应面大等特点,通过将钢丝绳弹簧与磁流变阻尼器并联组合构成的新型船用隔离器。对船用隔离器的低频振动性能开展了试验研究,振动试验的激振力频率为1~15Hz,力幅为24kN。试验结果表明,该船用隔离器有较好的减振效果,低频段的减振效果优于传统减振元件,磁流变阻尼器的使用能够明显削弱振动的共振峰值。

【Abstract】 For the low frequency vibration reduction of shipping machinery,the effect of low frequency vibration reduction is studied.A new ship isolator is designed with the fast response,controllable damp,small consume,wide dynamic scope,great adaptation of the magnetorheological(MR) damper,which is composed of steel rope spring and MR damper in parallel.The experimental research on lowfrequency characteristics of ship isolator is carried out.The vibration load frequencies are set from 1-15 Hz,and force amplitude is 2 4000 N.The experimental results indicate that the isolator system performs well on system vibration response;with resonance humps of the vibration response obviously reduces after using the MR damper.The performance of vibration reduction is favorable,especially in the low-frequency stage.
