随机载荷下内燃机轴系动力可靠性分析
Dynamic Reliability Analysis of Engine Shafting Under Random Loads
【摘要】 综合考虑内燃机轴系激振力矩随机性以及刚度非线性的影响,建立轴系扭纵耦合非线性动力学模型,利用虚拟激励法求解轴系的随机响应,并基于首次超越破坏准则,分析了轴系在随机载荷作用下的动力可靠性。仿真计算结果表明,平稳随机激励的动力可靠性要高于非平稳随机激励,纵向振动、发火间隔角、随机激励的强度和传递路径对轴系动力可靠性均有一定的影响。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the design level of engine,a coupled torsional-axial nonlinear dynamic model for the shafting of engine was established considering random characteristics of the excitation torque on the shafts of engine and nonlinear stiffness factor.The stochastic responses of the shafting were calculated by the pseudo-excitation method,and the dynamic reliability of the shafting subject to random loads was analyzed using first excursion failure criterion model.The simulation results showed that the dynamics reliability of crankshaft subject to stationary random excitations is higher than that subject to non-stationary random excitations,and the axial vibration,fire angle,intensity and transfer paths of the excitations have influences on the dynamic reliability of the shafting.
