运用有限元分析的阻尼板优化设计
Optimization Design of Damping Disk Based on Finite Element Analysis
【摘要】 根据阻尼板各阶损耗因子与各材料应变能之间的关系,利用有限元软件AN SY S对5层阻尼圆板的前4阶损耗因子进行了有限元分析计算,并选取它们的倒数和为目标函数,再次应用AN SY S软件中的优化模块对阻尼圆板的各层厚度进行了优化设计。通过对一块5层阻尼板的优化仿真,使得阻尼板前4阶的阻尼损耗因子较优化前有较大幅度的提高,使其在工作环境中具有更好的减振性能。
【Abstract】 Based on the relationship between the modal loss factor and the strain energy,the first four loss factors of five-layer damping disk are computed by finite element analysis(FEA) of ANSYS.The objective function is the reciprocal summation of the first four loss factors.Then,the thickness of every layer made up of the damping disk is optimized by the optimal module in ANSYS.The first four loss factors of the damping disk are increased greatly via the optimization simulation on the disk.Then,the damping disk has better capability of decreasing vibration as it is working.
