集装箱桥吊吊具的电子主动防摇装置试验研究
Experimental Study on Electronic Active Anti-Sway for Lifting Instruments in Container Crane
【摘要】 为了提高起重机高速小车迅速消除集装箱摆动并准确定位的能力,提出了一种新的防摇装置——基于主动质量阻尼(AM D)原理的电子主动防摇装置,进行了AM D防摇机理理论分析,根据分析结果设计了相应的防摇模拟试验,取得了良好的防摇效果。这对设计新的集装箱桥吊吊具防摇装置具有一定的指导意义。
【Abstract】 In order ot enhance the dolly’s capability of rapidly eliminating the swing of container and rigorously positioning the container,a new anti-sway equipment called electronic active anti-sway is proposed,which is based on the principle of active mass damper(AMD).Analysis on the anti-sway theory of AMD is given.A relevant test rig is designed according to the conclusion,which shows this approach has a good anti-sway effect.Work in this paper is instructive for devising a new active anti-sway for lifting instruments in container crane.
