带可更换连梁的超高层结构抗震性能研究

【摘要】 近年来,国内外的部分学者提出了在剪力墙中设置可更换连梁,即在连梁的跨中设置一个耗能构件,称之为保险丝,通过保险丝的塑性变形耗散能量,而且震后易于对保险丝进行修复更换。根据之前提出的可更换连梁实用设计方法,将作者开发的一种可更换连梁保险丝安装在一个超高层Benchmark模型的部分连梁中,对带可更换连梁的结构和带传统连梁的结构分别进行地震反应分析,比较两个结构在大震下的层间位移角、基底反力以及损伤状况,研究表明:带有可更换连梁的超高层结构层间位移角会有所减小,剪力墙的损伤也会有所减轻,基底反力变化不大,而且可更换连梁的损伤集中在保险丝,易于震后修复更换。

【Abstract】 Recently,the concept of providing fuses in a coupling beam of shear walls has been introduced and developed. The fuse is used to dissipate seismic energy and is easy to be replaced in the post-earthquake event. Based on previouly proposed practical design methods of replaceable coupling beams,a super tall benchmark model installed with replaceable coupling beams was established by the name of NBM,and the same model but with conventional coupling beams was also established by the name of CBM. Through the comparison of inter-story drift angle,reaction force and damage state between the two models under rare earthquakes,it is found that the inter-story drift angle and damage by the NBM model are less than those by the CBM model. In addition,the reaction forces by the two models are similar.Moreover,the damage of the replaceable coupling beams concentrates at fuses. While other parts of replaceable coupling beams kept intact,it is convenient to replace damaged fuses after earthquakes.
