纤维增强工程塑料板夹层橡胶隔震支座有限元分析

【摘要】 利用轻质、低价纤维增强工程塑料板作为加劲层开发出一种新型隔震支座—纤维增强工程塑料板夹层橡胶隔震支座(FRPB)。利用通用有限元程序ABAQUS建立了无约束型支座、可靠约束型支座三维实体模型。对比探讨了无约束型支座、可靠约束型支座压剪状态下内部橡胶层中水平向应力、竖向应力、剪切应力的大小及分布状态。分别提出无约束型支座、可靠约束型支座水平承载机理。揭示了翘曲因素对于无约束型支座内部橡胶层应力状态影响的规律,为无约束型支座水平承载力及水平刚度的设计和研究提供参考。

【Abstract】 Here,a new type of isolator-fiber-reinforced-plastic plate isolation bearing( FRPB) was presented taking a lightweight and low-cost fiber-reinforced-plastic as a reinforced layer. 3-D solid finite element models of UFRPB and BFRPB were established with ABAQUS. The magnitudes and distributions of horizontal stress,vertical stress,and shear stress of UFRPB and BFRPB were comparatively discussed under the action of pressure and shear. The horizontal loadbearing mechanism of UFRPB and BFRPB were presented. The effect of warpage on stress states in the inner rubber layer of UFRPB was revealed. The study results provided a reference for design and study of the horizonal load-bearing capacity and horizontal stiffness of UFRPB.
