上海自由电子激光工程隔振沟减振数值分析

【摘要】 通过运用ANSYS软件,建立了上海自由电子激光(SFEL)工程隔振沟的三维有限元模型,分析了隔振沟在不同位置、深度、宽度以及填充材料时的减振效果。为了避免模型边界处振动波的反射对计算结果的影响,有限元模型上施加了人工边界。计算结果表明:隔振沟深度是影响减振效果的主要因素,随着隔振沟深度的增大其减振效果逐渐增强,建议SFEL工程隔振沟的深度为30 m;隔振沟的位置应尽量靠近SFEL建筑;而隔振沟宽度对其减振效果影响不大;以较硬材料(如混凝土)作为填充材料的隔振沟比以较软材料(如橡胶)有更好的减振效果。

【Abstract】 A 3D finite element model in which an artificial boundary condition was suggested to overcome the deviation of calculation result caused by vibration-wave reflection,was established by using ANSYS software.The vibration-attenuation effects of trenches in the SFEL(Shanghai free electron easer laser) engineering project with different trench locations,depths,widths and filled materials were analysed.The results show that the depth is the main factor influencing the vibration-attenuation effect,and the effect will become better with the increase of trench depth.The depth of the SFEL trenches is suggested to be 30 m.The width of trench,has less effect on vibration-attenuation and the trenches should be located as close to the SFEL as possible.In addition,the trenches filled with harder materials such as concrete have better vibration-attenuation effect than with softer materials such as rubber.
