大型电力变压器及套管振动台抗震试验研究

【摘要】 5.12汶川大地震等国内外的震害经验表明:变压器及套管在强震作用下的抗震能力比较薄弱。目前,利用振动台模拟地震试验是研究变压器及套管抗震性能最准确、最先进的手段。首先根据中国现有变压器的结构特点,设计了一台变压器试验模型,其中220kV、500kV套管为国内生产的真型套管,同工程实际一样安装在变压器模型上。首先,提出了三等级变压器抗震能力考核水平的新概念;其次,在白噪声激励下的完成了变压器及套管的动力特性测试;最后,输入X、Y单向实震记录、人工波、共振拍波等地震波,开展变压器及套管的在普通和中等抗震能力水平下的振动台模拟地震试验,得到了试验对象关键部位的加速度、位移及应变等地震响应时程曲线。通过上述研究,进一步掌握了变压器及套管体系的地震响应规律和抗震薄弱环节。试验研究对今后变压器及套管的抗震设计或修正相关规程、规范具有重要的参考意义。

【Abstract】 Earthquake damage experiences in our country and abroad show the weak seismic performance of power transformer with bushings subjected to intense earthquake as 5.12 Wenchuan great earthquake.Consulting Chinese current transformer structure characteristics,an experimental model of transformer was designed.Actual porcelain bushings of 220 kV and 500 kV were mounted on the experimental model.New three-grade guidelines about transformer seismic fortification were put forward.Dynamic characteristics of transformer with bushings were tested under white noise excitation.In shaking table test,simulated earthquake were developed in x-direction or y-direction by inputting actual seismographic record,artificial waves and resonant beat-wave etc.as seismic waves respectively.Seismic response time history curves and data of acceleration,displacement and strain at key positions were acquired.The seismic response characteristics were further found by analyzing a great deal of data of seismic response of transformer and bushings.The above test and research have a great referencial significance for the amendment of related seismic norms and for improving the anti-seismic capacity and design of transformer-bushing system.
