插板式PCB的内置式减振设计方法及其PSD动力学仿真

【摘要】 为降低军用电子设备中插板式PCB组件的随机振动响应,首先设计了三种边界配置,分析了振动传递途径,得出了可能的设计改进方案。随后按照G JB150随机振动试验要求,应用有限元方法建立了插板式PCB的动力学仿真模型,获得了减振设计改进前后PCB板面的随机振动响应加速度及PSD谱线。仿真和试验数据均证明,PCB板面加速度响应减小了约30%左右。

【Abstract】 The plug-in mode of PCB is a normal assembly form used in military electronic devices.In order to depress the PCB’s acceleration response under stochastic vibration,some trails with different boundary conditions have been designed to find out the propagation path of vibration energy and then the potential betterment way is discovered from the results.According to the stochastic vibration term in GJB150,the dynamic model for ANSYS use is created,the calculation process of response spectrum of multiple degrees of freedom system is deduced in addition,and the magnitude of acceleration response and the spectrum curve of PSD are obtained.The betterment is validated by the experiment data,which decrease the magnitude of acceleration response by more than 30%.
