缝洞性碳酸盐岩储层钻井液漏失预测地质—地球物理方法

【摘要】 钻遇缝洞性储层常常发生严重井漏,目前防漏治漏最有效的途径就是提前预测漏失概率,并采取针对性预防措施。基于碎屑岩欠压实理论的压力预测等方法不适用于碳酸盐岩层系,不能用于碳酸盐岩层系钻前井漏预测。从地质学方法、钻前预测的地震方法、测井资料及邻井资料等方面论述了目前井漏预测方法,重点说明了岩溶作用趋势分析法、地震属性特征分析法、测井响应特征分析法的原理,给出了在塔河油田现场应用实例。分析指出,预测井漏是涉及多学科、多尺度的复杂的系统工程,应加强对缝洞系统结构参数与漏失响应关系的认识,综合运用地质—地球物理信息建立漏失预测数学模型,提高预测精度。

【Abstract】 Seriously lost circulations frequently happened when drilling fractured /caved formations.At present,predicting lost circulation probability of formation before drilling and adopting preventive countermeasures are the most effective way to prevent circulation loss.Pressure prediction and other ways which based on the under-compacted theory of clasolite are not suitable for carbonate formation,they can not be used to predict lost circulation of carbonate formation before drilling.The article discussed the current prediction lost circulation methods including geology method,seismologic means before drilling,well logging data and adjacent well’s information,and mainly explained the three analysis methods principles of karstification trend,seismic attribution analysis and log responses.The paper also analyzed its field applications in Tahe Oilfield.This paper pointed out that prediction lost circulation was the complex systems science,which involves multidisciplinary and multi-scale systems,and that it should be reinforced the recognition between structural parameters of fracture /cavity system and log response.Mathematical models of prediction lost circulation with geological-geophysical information should be established to improve the forecasting accuracy.
