英买力地区岩石抗钻特性岩性预测和地层可钻性剖面研究

【摘要】 测井资料、地震资料和录井资料一样,蕴含着大量的地层信息,通过对其进行分析和处理,可以提取地层岩石的岩性、相关岩石力学特性以及其它一些对钻井工程有用的信息。为此,利用综合资料法(包括地震、测井、钻井和实验室资料等)进行地层抗钻特性评价、岩性预测和地层可钻性剖面的研究,得出地层的抗压强度、抗剪强度、硬度、研磨性、牙轮和PDC钻头的可钻性级值等力学参数,运用神经网络法进行地层岩性预测,同时利用Mat-lab强大的数学计算功能,利用几口已钻井的资料分地层拟合出可钻性剖面图。将研究成果应用于英买力地区的钻井设计和施工取得了良好的效果。

【Abstract】 Seism data, logging data compose of abundant formations information. Through analyzing and processing the data, we can obtain some useful information to drilling engineer, such as rock kind, lithology, rock mechanics property etc. So, using synthesis data method (including seism, logging, drilling and lab. data and so on) researched the anti-drilling property, lithology prediction and formations drillability section, and got some mechanics parameter, such as compression strength, shearing strength, rigidity, abrasive property of formation and drillability of roller and PDC bit so on. At the same time, using NN method predicted lithology. Matlab has strong computing function, and the drillability section drawing was fitted through a few drilled well data. The research results were applied to drilling design and construction of Yingmaili area, the good effects were got.
