国内外振动采油技术的发展简介

【摘要】 介绍了振动采油的起源 ,室内实验研究、理论研究、振源类型及现场试验成果。振动采油的主要机制是 :①液 -液界面振动剪切 ,结果油水乳化、原油降粘、剩余油启动聚集和重新分布 ;②液 -固界面振动作用 ,结果岩石表面润湿性发生变化、油膜脱落而聚集运移 ;③岩石颗粒的周期振动 ,结果喉道伸缩 ,贾敏效应解除 ,渗透率增加 ;④流 -固偶合作用 ,结果挤压流体 ,形成变动压力场和渗流场。指出振动采油的成败关键在于振源振力、有效传入油层能量、与油层匹配的振动频率和振动场、渗流场、固体介质场三场偶合的基础理论研究。

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the origin of artificial shaking for enhancing oil recovery and its laboratory and theoretical achievements.Main mechanisms of this technology have been dealt with in it.These mechanisms include:①Vibration shear on the surface of liquids will form emulsified oil and water,reduce oil viscosity and start irreducible oil;②Vibration shear on the surface of liquids and solid will change the wettability of rock surface as result of that the oil film escapes from rock surface;③The throats of rock will expand and contract by shaking,this will increase the throat accessibility and permeability;④Coupling of liquid and solid under shaking can squeeze liquid in porous medium and change the press and velocity of it.The key of this technology will be the powerful shaking equipment,effective vibration energy received by formation,suitable vibration frequency and liquid-solid coupling study.
