重型卡车轮毂轴承模拟测控系统的设计
Design of Simulation Measurement and Control System for Hub Bearings of Heavy-duty Truck
【摘要】 设计了一种重型卡车轮毂轴承模拟测控系统。这一测控系统主要模拟的工况包括喷水、受风、轴向偏载、变载和变速等,可以用于重型卡车轮毂轴承在特定工况下的寿命与可靠性考核,对轴承的温升、振动、载荷、驱动电流等参数进行实时监控并记录。当轴承失效时,这一测控系统将自动报警并停机,具有较高的控制精度。
【Abstract】 A simulation measurement and control system for hub bearings of heavy-duty truck was designed. The main simulated conditions of this measuring and control system include water spray, wind, axial eccentric load, variable load and variable speed, etc. It can be used for the life and reliability assessment of hub bearings of heavy-duty truck under certain working conditions,and the bearing parameters such as temperature rise,vibration, load,and drive current are monitored and recorded in real time. When the bearing fails, the measuring and control system with high control accuracy will alarm and shut down automatically.
