【Abstract】 Seismo-electric effect is a main factor for causing the anomalies of seismic electro-magmetic phenomena.In this paper the seismo-electric effect is introduced firstly.Then the observation,experimentation and theory study for seismo-electric effect phenomena are summarized respectively.At last the research and application foreground of seismo-electric effect in earthquake observation and prediction are disscussed.更多还原
