【Abstract】 In this paper a method which build the temporal seismic network in the earthquake emergency spot by using the infrared communications and the GRPS network connecting the computers wireless has been introduced. By this method the wireless communication and remote control among the computers can be realized, it is can be saved that of the manpower, material resources and the financial resources.
