城市供水管网抗震加固优化研究

【摘要】 为提高城市供水管网的抗震性能,从全局角度研究城市供水管网系统震后加固优化方案。在分析管网单元抗震可靠度和供水管网震后服务功能的基础上,以管道单元抗震可靠度和服务功能指标为约束条件,以震后管网满足水压服务功能或加固总投入最小为优化目标,构建供水管网抗震优化模型。根据管网系统的功能要求、震害特点,运用混沌遗传算法(CGA)对作为算例的某供水管网进行加固优化设计,获取震后管网系统加固的最优方案。结果表明,用该模型和算法,对管网系统中抗震可靠度较低的单元或重要性相对较高、修复较为困难的单元进行抗震加固优化设计,能达到加固总投入最小且满足水压服务功能,从而提高管网系统的抗震能力的目的。

【Abstract】 In order to improve the seismic behavior of city water supply network system,reinforcement optimization scheme was studied in a global perspective. Based on unit pipeline seismic reliability analysis and service function after an earthquake,taking the pipe unit seismic reliability and service function index as constraint conditions,a water supply network seismic optimization model was built to meet the demand of hydraulic service function or the minimum cost of network reinforcement optimization. The CGA was used to design reinforcement optimization for a certain water supply pipe network,according to the system’ s damage characteristics by earthquake and functional requirements. Results show that with the model and algorithm,the goal of fulfilling water pressure service function with a minimum total input into the aseismatic strengthening can be achieved; and that the method consists of designing a strengthening optimization scheme for the unit of network,of which aseismatic reliability is poor,or which is of relatively high importance but is relatively difficult to repair.
