震后道路抢修和应急物资配送优化调度研究

【摘要】 为研究震后应急道路抢修和应急物资配送优化调度问题,建立道路抢修和应急物资调度模型。采用启发式算法对模型进行求解。3个应急配送路网的特征算例结果表明:用启发式算法计算所需时间比用CPLEX软件直接对模型进行求解需要的时间短得多(前者仅为后者的0.257%),而且用2种方法所得结果很相近(误差只有0.94%)。

【Abstract】 A multi-objective mixed integer model was built for studying emergency road repairing and emergency supplies distributing after earthquake disasters.The model was solved using a heuristic algorithm.For the purpose of comparison,it was solved using the CPLEX software too.Examples show that the time the heuristic algorithm needs to solve the model is much shorter than that CPLEX software needs(the former is only 0.257% of the latter),and that the result obtained using the heuristic algorithm is very silmilar to that obtained using CPLEX software(the relative difference is 0.94%).
