基于IEE802.11无线局域网在突发事件救援现场的应用

【摘要】 从突发事件紧急处置和应急救援的角度出发,分析突发事件紧急救援现场及救援组织机构的特点,在对救援过程中的通信需求进行分析后,笔者认为:在事故救援现场应建立多对多的网络化通信系统;运用IEEE802.11技术构建突发事件现场无线局域网,作为现场应急通信系统;对系统的组成结构、便携式视频采集仪、现场指挥中心系统及现场指挥分中心等进行设计,运用该系统不但为各级指挥部门提供视频服务,而且还能支持救援决策系统,以保证将现代信息技术运用到救援中,使救援指挥决策更加科学化。

【Abstract】 From the angle of emergency disposal and emergency rescue,the features of rescuing site and rescuing units in emergency are analyzed.It is considered that a many-to-many network communication system is needed to meet the communication requirements of emergency rescue.To achieve it,the technology of IEEE802.11 is applied to constructing wireless local area network(LAN) as the communication system of emergency site.Meanwhile,the system structure,portable video acquisition instruments,on-site command center system and branch command center are designed.This system can not only provide video service for commanding departments,but also support decision-making system for emergency rescue,which makes emergency rescue more scientific and informationized.
