【Abstract】 Because of the nature of the profession,the working staff of geophysical prospecting lives in harsh working and living conditions.Their diets,which lack balanced nutrition and proper cooking methods,are in need of scientific guide and management.In order to improve their nutrition,dietitians should be staffed to work out practical yet proper diet in field working environment.Raw materials purchase should be well-planned and meanwhile,it is necessary to adjust cooking and delivering methods.After all,food safety should never be neglected.更多还原
