钢坯保温运输车液压系统的设计

【摘要】 针对目前钢坯运输存在的保温措施简易、自动化程度低、热量损失严重、钢坯加热时间长、钢材轧制质量低等诸多问题,研制出了一种钢坯保温运输车的液压系统。通过对钢坯保温运输车整体组成及液压系统工作原理的介绍,提出了保温车厢开启、关闭、自锁、过载保护等先进技术,为钢坯保温运输提供了保障。本系统的设计也能对相关近似产品的设计提供积极的借鉴意义。

【Abstract】 View of the current problems of billet transport such as simple thermal insulation measures,low transportation efficiency,serious heat loss,long billet heating time,low quality of steel rolling and so on,a new type of hydraulic system for the billet insulation transporter is developed. In this paper,we introduce the billet insulation transport vehicle overall composition and operating principle of the hydraulic system,propose the insulation compartment opening and closing,self-locking,overload protection and other advanced technologies,which could ensure the transportation of the billet insulation. The design of this system has also a positive significance for the design of similar products.
