以放散最小为目标的钢铁企业煤气系统优化模型的研究

【摘要】 副产煤气是钢铁企业中重要的能源介质和二次能源,为生产流程的连续运行和管网安全压力的维持起到了重要作用。然而,在一些钢铁企业中,副产煤气仍然存在着不能充分使用、利用率低以及热值不匹配等现状,造成了大量的浪费,引起生产成本的增高。文中通过对副产煤气的主要用能设备进行分析,建立了以放散最小的副产煤气分配模型,通过了煤气柜的缓冲和电站锅炉的辅助等功能,对副产煤气在富余和短缺的情况进行缓冲和存储,从而实现了副产煤气的匹配和充分的利用。

【Abstract】 By-product gas in an important kind of energy source and secondary energy,which plays a vital role in the continuous operation in the process and the maintain of the safety pressure in the pipelines. However,there are situations that the by-product gas be not made full use,and in a low utilization rate and the calorific value do not match in some iron and steel enterprises. It is a huge waste of energy and will result in the increase of the cost. In this paper,we build the by-product gas dispatching model with the analysis of the main energy cost devices to distribute gases. By means of the buffer of gas tank and the boilers,we realize the storage and buffer of the gases when in surplus and shortage circumstances,in order to achieve the match and full use of energy.
