【摘要】 目的了解玉树地震后赴外地治疗的藏族伤员急性应激反应(acute stress reaction,ASR)发生状况和心理干预的效果。方法采用创伤后应激障碍症状清单平民版(PTSD Checklist-Civilian Version,PCL-C),对地震后的伤员在来院的第1天(心理干预前)及心理干预后1、2周分别进行问卷调查,根据评估得分情况提供结合西藏文化的本土化心理干预,比较在不同阶段心理干预的效果。结果心理干预前及干预后1、2周效果比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论及时为玉树伤员提供心理辅导,实施结合西藏文化的本土化心理干预能减轻ASR。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To understand the condition of acute stress reactions and investigate the effects of psychological intervention on casualties from Yushu earthquake.Methods The casualties of Yushu earthquake who were transferred to Sichuan for treatment were involved in the study.The subjects were questionnaire surveyed on the time of the first day after the casualty arriving at the hospital(before psychological intervention) and 1 week,2 weeks after psychological intervention.The psychological intervention was performed by combining with Tibetan culture based on the evaluation scores.Post-traumatic stress disorder symptoms civilian version(PTSD,Checklist-Civilian Version,PCL-C) was used to collect data.The effects among different stages were compared.Results Before the psychological intervention,and 1 week,2 weeks after the intervention,the intervention effect was significantly different.Conclusions Timely psychological counseling and implementation of psychological intervention combined with Tibetan culture for the casualties from Yushu could reduce the incidence of acute stress reaction.更多还原
