【摘要】 目的了解地震伤员急性期应激心理状况,加强伤员的心理康复治疗。方法对2008年6月13~20日收治的127例5.12大地震伤员采用90症状清单(SCL-90)进行心理评定。结果52例伤员SCL-90总分>160分,最高分达298分,均存在不同程度的心理问题,主要表现为焦虑、抑郁、恐惧及其他症状。结论震后灾民存在不同程度的心理健康问题,应高度重视急性期创伤应激障碍。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the psychological status of wounded patients in stress stage after earthquake and hence to enhance psychological rehabilitation treatment.Methods 127 patients from the 5.12 earthquake-hit areas admitted to our hospital during the period of June 13~20,2008 were given mental assessment by SCL-90.Results The score of SCL-90 was over 160 in 52(41%) patients and the highest was 298.They had the signs of anxiety,depression,fear and so on.Conclusion Patients who are wounded during earthquake are vulnerable to mental disorders.Great care should be taken to post-traumatic stress disorder.更多还原
