【摘要】 目的综合分析四川省人民医院医疗救援汶川地震伤员总体情况,为进一步完善和健全突发应急预案机制,提高医疗救治效果,降低死亡率、致残率提供依据。方法从医院信息研究所、病案科系统收集震后至9月23日收治地震伤员的相关资料,分析医院总体救治情况、地震伤员基本情况及死因。资料录入采用EXCEL表格,运用SPSS11.0对数据进行统计分析。结果共收治地震伤员3856例,住院伤员2196例,其中住院死亡27例。地震当天入院伤员仅占住院伤员总数的8.9%,1周内为入院高峰(62.8%)。伤员来源最多为都江堰市、阿坝州和德阳市3地;其中死亡伤员主要来自都江堰市(11例)。结论特大自然灾害面前,医疗救治工作的快速反应和对危重伤员的及时救治是提高救治率的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze retrospectively the overall medical rescue and patients’ situation of Wenchuan earthquake victims in Sichuan Provincial People’s Hospital,so as to provide decision-making references for the further development of the precaution system against emergency,for the improvement the medical treatments,and for the decrease of the death and injury rates.Methods Data up to September 23rd since the earthquake related to wounded patients in the earthquake treated by the hospital were collected from the hospital’s Information Research Institute and the Medical Record Department,and then the hospital’s overall medical rescue situation,the general information of injuries and deaths were analyzed.Data were inputted into Microsoft EXCEL sheets and SPSS 11.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results 3856 injured people from the earthquake area had been treated in the hospital,of whom,2196 were admitted to Inpatient Department and 27 died in the Inpatient Department.The inpatients admitted on the first day of the earthquake were only 8.9% of the total inpatients,and the maximum hospital admission came within one week(62.8%).The wounded patients were mainly from Dujiangyan City,Aba Prefecture and Deyang City,and the deaths were mainly from Dujiangyan City(11 cases).Conclusion In an extraordinarily serious natural disaster,the key to raise rescue rate is the promptness of medical rescue and timely treatments to serious patients.更多还原
