【摘要】 目的探索地震伤中高龄骨折患者治疗的特殊性。方法总结我院收治的汶川地震伤员的心理和手术及中医治疗方案。结果31例患者伤口一期愈合,2例伤口延迟愈合伴下肢深静脉血栓形成经清创和溶栓治疗后病情稳定;骨折均达到满意复位。结论地震伤中高龄骨折患者心理疏导及综合治疗手段十分必要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the treatment experience on senile victims fractured during the Wenchuan earthquake.Methods The psychological therapy,surgical intervention and Chinese medicine treatment regimens were used to these patients and the experience was summarized.Results The effect was satisfactory after the psychological,surgical and Chinese medicine treatments.Conclusion In addition to conventional medical treatment,psychological treatment is necessary for fractured senile victims in earthquake-stricken area.更多还原
