基于DDAM方法的舰艇导弹发射装置冲击仿真

【摘要】 舰船设备抗冲击性能是评价舰艇生命力的重要因素之一.应用美国海军用以考核舰船设备抗冲击性能的动态设计分析方法(DDAM),考核舰船甲板设备四联装导弹发射装置的抗冲击性能.通过模态理论分析,导出DDAM方法中的重要概念模态质量.仿真结果表明,四联装导弹发射设备横向冲击位移响应最大,纵向冲击mises应力最大,并超出材料许用应力范围,抗冲击性能不能满足舰船设备抗冲击考核要求.垂向抗冲击性能和纵向抗冲击性能达到舰船设备抗冲击考核要求.

【Abstract】 Marine equipments’ shock resistance capability is one of the important factors for evaluating ship life.The dynamic design analysis method(DDAM) that is used by American navy to evaluate the shock resistance capability of marine equipment was used by the authors to evaluate the shock resistance capability of the fourmissile launcher on the deck of warship.Firstly the modal theoretical analysis was done and then modal quality,the impor-tant concept in DDAM,was derived.The simulation results showed that the maximum displacement of the fourmissile launcher occurred in horizontal shock,while the maximum Mises stress occurred in the longitudinal shock and was greater than the yield strength of material.The z and y direction are according with the ship anti-shock specifi-cation.
