【摘要】 2013年4月20日,四川雅安芦山发生7.0级特大地震后,根据上级命令,国家(重庆)应急医疗救援队立即启动地震紧急医疗救援预案,派出以外科医生和急诊科医生为主体组建成的应急医疗救援队,迅速奔赴雅安芦山县城灾区,笔者于4月20日当晚到达震中芦山县城后,迅速展开救援,根据当时现场情况,芦山县医院无法正常运行,这时医疗救援队的经验指示:必须建立医疗救援中心,以协调各单元的医疗工作;对医疗救援人员的要求:1身体素质好;2急救业务能力过硬;3各应急队员的自身物资准备充分;4心理抗压素质要好。地震初期的患者以外伤为主,随着时间的推移,工作重点就会移到内科医生身上,后勤保障在整个救援过程中的地位也是不容小视的。更多还原

【Abstract】 After the 7.0 magnitude earthquake happened at Lushan County of Ya’an of Sichuan Province on April 20,2013, according to the order of the state(Chongqing) emergency medical rescue team immediately initiated the emergency medical rescue plans, and sent to the surgeon and doctors of the emergency department as the main form of emergency medical rescue team, quickly went to Lushan County of Ya’an, the evening on April 20 after arriving at Lushan County of Ya’an, the epicenter rescue was rapidly carried out, according to the actual conditions, the hospital in Lushan County was not operated normally, then the experience of medical rescue team instructions were given: medical rescue center must be established, to coordinate each unit of medical work. The requirement of medical rescue personnel: 1better of physical quality; 2strong of emergency business ability; 3supplies ready for the emergency team’s own;4better of psychological compressive quality.
