【摘要】 目的:回顾性分析汶川地震中骨折病人伤情,以提高灾害救援护理水平,为今后突发灾害应急救援护理模式的构建奠定基础。方法:以汶川地震后在成都市第一人民医院救治的骨折病人的诊治信息为基本资料,用EXCEL表格录入数据,SPSS软件分析骨折病人伤情特点。结果:不同居住环境、不同来院时间的骨折伤员骨折部位存在差异性,不同来院时间的骨折伤员骨折类型存在差异性,不同居住环境、来院时间的骨折伤员骨折数目存在差异性,不同年龄的骨折伤员并发症存在显著差异性。结论:对地震后骨折病人伤情迅速而准确的评估和护理,对预防并发症和残疾发生、降低残疾程度、促进功能恢复具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Retrospective analysis of fractured patients in Wenchuan earthquake in order to improve standard of care and foundation for the future model of emergency care.Methods:Gatheried The basic information of ther patients fractured after the earthquake of Wenchuan who had diagnosis and treatment at Chengdu First People’s Hospital and entry EXCEL data,with SPSS software analyzed the characteristics of disease severity of patients fractured.Results:Different living environment showed the wounded fracture site differences;different wounded fracture to hospital existed differences fracture type;Different time as fracture patients arrived in hospital showed differences wounded fracture;wounded fractures of different ages had a significant difference in complications.Conclusion:Fracture injuries patients after the earthquake need rapid and accurate assessment and care to prevent the occurrence of complications,reduce disability and promote functional recovery of great significance.更多还原
