【摘要】 目的:探讨地震灾害脊柱骨折外伤病人X线平片征象特征及诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析58例地震灾害脊柱外伤病人X线平片征象。结果:本组病人脊椎骨折范围最高位于胸4椎体,最低位于尾1。单纯椎体骨折20人,脊椎椎体骨折+附件骨折22人,单纯附件骨折16人。结论:地震灾害脊柱损伤的致伤机理复杂,脊柱骨折损伤具有范围宽、部位多、复杂、严重的特征。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the characteristic and diagnostic value of X-ray film in patients with spinal fracture in earthquake.Methods:Had analysis of the X-Ray film signs of the patients with spinal fracture retrospectively.Results:The highest range for spinal frature patients in this group was located in 4 thoracic vertebrae,the lowest at 1 caudal.Thrre were 20 patients with Simple thoracie vertgbrae fracture,22 patients with spinal vertgbrae fracture,and annex fracture,16 patients with annex fracture.Conclusion:The injury mechanism for patients with spinal fracture in earthquake is complex,the character for spinal fracture is wide range,multi-site,complexity,seriousness.更多还原
