地震伤员心理健康现状调查及心理干预

【摘要】 目的调查地震伤员的心理健康现况并采取相应的干预措施,达到早干预、早辅导、早恢复的目的。方法采用精神症状自评量表(SCL-90),对890例地震伤员进行问卷调查。结果地震伤员与国内常模比较SCL-90各因子分均高于全国常模,差异具有统计意义(P<0.05)。其中强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖等因子差异尤其显著(P<0.01)。结论地震伤员的心理状况欠佳,需针对他们不同的心理特点实施相应的心理干预措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Investigating the mental health status in earthquake wounded persons for help them resume the health psychology earlier Methods 890 wounded persons were evaluated by scl-90. Results there are manifest differences in every dimensionality of scl-90 between the wounded persons and inland norm (P<0.05). The differences were very manifest in this qene such as dumps, anxiety, funk (P<0.01). Conclusion The mental health status of wounded persons were badness. We need relevant psychology intervention to different psychology traits.更多还原
