测定水中阴离子合成洗涤剂的标准化操作方法研究
Study on the standardized method for determination of anionic synthetic detergent in water
【摘要】 目的建立简单、快速、准确的检测水中阴离子合成洗涤剂的标准化操作方法。方法对国标操作方法进行优化改进,样品量与试剂量按国标法的比例缩减,聚丙烯锥形管替代分液漏斗,涡旋混匀器替代手工振摇,萃取强度均匀稳定,可实现标准化操作。结果标准曲线线性范围为0~1.20 mg/L,线性好(r=0.999 9),重复性好,RSD为1.52%~1.92%;回收率为92.5%~96.9%;标准质控物质测定值在可信范围内。每小时可完成20个样品的测定。结论该法可快速、准确地检测水中阴离子合成洗涤剂,操作极为方便。
【Abstract】 Objective To develop a simple,rapid and accurate standardized method to determinate the anionic synthetic detergent in water. Methods To optimize and improve the operation method of the national standard method,the amounts of samples and reagents were proportional reduced according to the national standard method,liquid funnel was replaced by polypropylene conical tube,manual shaking was replaced by scroll homogenizer,the extraction strength was uniform and stable,which achieved the standardized operation. Results The liner ranged 0-1.20 mg/L,with a good liner and repeatability(r=0.999 9),RSD varied from 1.52% to 1.92%;the recovery rate was 92.5%-96.9%;determination results of MBAs QC sample was in acceptance limits.The determination of 20 samples can be completed in 1 hour. Conclusion The method is rapid and accurate to determinate the anionic synthetic detergent in water,and the operation is extremely convenient.
