【摘要】 目的:对汶川地震重灾区医务工作者的工作压力源现状进行分析,探讨工作压力源与职业倦怠之间的相关性。方法:采用统计描述和相关性分析等方法进行研究。结果:工作压力源与职业倦怠具有显著相关性,医务工作者感受最高的压力是工作特征。结论:重点减少医务工作者在工作特征上的工作压力,提高工资待遇和社会地位,能够有效缓解医务工作者的职业倦怠。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To analyze the current situation of work stress in Wenchuan quake-hit status of medical workers,then to explore the correlation between work stress and job burnout.Methods: Research with statistical description and correlation analysis method.Results: Work stress and burnout was significantly associated,medical workers are feeling the highest pressure which is working characteristic.Suggestions: Focus on reducing the work pressure of medical workers,improving their wages and increasing their social status,which can effectively relieve their job burnout.更多还原
