【摘要】 20 0 1年 7月 15日 ,在云南省江川县九溪镇发生了里氏 5 .1级地震 ,此次地震前 38min有一次 4 .3级的直接前震 ,地震类型为“前震—主震—余震”型 .震前 ,距震中 10 0Km范围内的多种前兆资料呈现短临异常 ,玉溪市防震减灾局根据这些前兆及相关测量数据作出了较好的中短期预测 ,为市委、市政府应急指挥决策起到了积极的作用 .更多还原

【Abstract】 The 5.1 earthquake in Jiangchuan showed a pattern of pre-shock-earthquake-aftershock. The pre-shock occurred 38 min earlier at 4.3. Brief and temporary bodings were observed within 100 km around the center before the quake. Middle and short term forecasts were thus made for emergency measures.更多还原
