【摘要】 目的通过调查分析某小学一起甲型H1N1流感暴发疫情,总结流感防控经验。方法采用现场流行病学方法收集病例发病信息,使用RT-PCR进行流感病毒核酸检测。结果自发生首例病例之后,陆续出现了29例流感样病例,实验室检测甲型H1N1流感病毒核酸阳性。结论该疫情为一起甲型H1N1流感引起的暴发疫情,发病班级有一定的集中性,与学生抵抗力差、学校晨午检工作不规范、医疗机构对流感认识不足等有关。提示今后的工作重点要放在加强医疗培训、做好流感预警等方面。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience of influenza prevention and control through investigating and analyzing a H1 N1 influenza outbreak in a primary school. Methods Epidemiological methods were used to collect case incidence information and RT-PCR was used for influenza virus nucleic acid detection. Results Since the first case occurred,29 cases of influenza-like cases have appeared. Besides,the laboratory tests showed that nucleic acid of A type H1 N1 influenza virus was positive. Conclusion This epidemic was an outbreak caused by a H1 N1 flu. The outbreak of influenza A( H1 N1) in student classes has a certain concentration,which is related to the poor resistance of the students,the nonstandard work of school examination in morning and at noon,and the lack of awareness of the influenza by medical institutions. It is suggested that the focus of future work should be on strengthening medical training and working well in influenza warning.更多还原
