江苏省无锡市空气污染对小学生呼吸系统的影响
The effect of air pollution on the respiratory system of primary school students in Wuxi,Jiangsu Province
【摘要】 目的探讨空气污染和小学生呼吸系统健康的关系。方法选取152名小学生在霾日和非霾日进行肺功能测定,79名小学生在夏冬两季进行唾液溶菌酶和分泌型免疫球蛋白A(s Ig A)的测定。结果小学生霾日的用力肺活量(FVC)(t=17. 916,P <0. 05)及1秒用力呼气量(FEV 1. 0)(t=11. 558,P <0. 05)均较非霾日显著下降;女生在呼气峰值流速(PEF)(t=3. 643,P <0. 05)及呼出肺活量25%时的用力呼气流量(V25)(t=3. 103,P <0. 05)指标上,霾日测量值亦显著低于非霾日测量值;小学生冬季唾液中溶菌酶含量较夏季显著下降(t=6. 575,P <0. 05);唾液中s Ig A含量在夏冬两季差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);夏季,位于城郊结合部的小学生唾液溶菌酶含量较位于城中心的小学生高。结论空气污染可能对小学生呼吸系统有影响。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship between air pollution and the health of respiratory system among primary school students. Methods A total of 152 primary school students were selected for lung function tests on haze days and non-haze days. A total of 79 primary school students were tested for salivary lysozyme and secretory immunoglobulin A( s Ig A) in summer and winter.Results The forced vital capacity( FVC)( t = 17. 916,P < 0. 05) and forced expiratory volume( FEV 1. 0)( t = 11. 558,P <0. 05) of primary school students on haze days were significantly lower than those on non-haze days. PEF( t = 3. 643,P < 0. 05)and V25( t = 3. 103,P < 0. 05) of girls on haze days were lower than those on non-haze days. LZM of primary school students in winter were lower than that in summer( t = 6. 575,P < 0. 05). s Ig A has no statistically significant difference in summer and winter( P >0. 05). In summer,LZM of primary school students in suburban junction were higher than those in city centre. Conclusion This study provided evidence suggesting that air pollution may affect the respiratory health of primary school studnts.
