【摘要】 目的了解北川县地震后蝇的种类和密度,为预防和控制蝇传播疾病的发生和流行提供依据。方法按照《全国病媒生物监测方案》和《绵阳市北川县地震后三年病媒生物消长趋势研究实施方案》,选取安昌镇(城镇居民区)、擂鼓镇(板房区)和北川老县城(地震遗址)设置监测点,以笼诱法调查蝇的种类和密度。结果本次调查发现北川县地震灾区有蝇类3科2亚科5属6种,其中大头金蝇和丝光绿蝇为优势种,分别占33.77%和20.07%,蝇类总体密度为20.84只/笼。结论初步了解北川县蝇的种类和密度存在的现状,为今后蝇的防治工作打下基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study species and density of flies in Beichuan County after earthquake,provide basis for prevention and control the disease incidence and spreading caused by flies.Method According to project of disease vector control and monitoring in china,analysis and perform project of growth and decline tendency of disease vector in three years of earthquake-affected Beichuan county of Mianyang city,setting up monitoring site at the town of Anchang(residential district),town of Leigu(board house district),old town of Beichuan(earthquake site).Flies were collected by cage to study species and density.Results there are three families,two subfamilies,five genera and six species of flies in Beichuan County.The dominant species are chrysomyia megacephala and lucilia sericata,they are 33.77% and 20.07% respectively,the average density is 20.84/cage.Conclusions By investigation,we know the status of flies species and density in Beichuan,and provide basis for flies prevention and control.更多还原
