【Abstract】 The construction of a meteorological early warning system may disseminate meteorological knowledge, improve the dissemination of meteorological information and enhance the ability of meteorological disaster early warning to serve agriculture. Rural construction of the emergency broadcasting system is a practical project of the people’s livelihood. According to Rural Emergency Broadcasting System Construction Technical Guidance issued by Radio and Television Bureau of Zhejiang Province, different technical solutions should be adopted for construction accordingly. Jingning Bureau of Meteorology has explored a new construction mode by combining the emergency broadcast in Jingning Country in the building of the meteorological warning system.更多还原
