装配整体式剪力墙受剪性能研究
Shear Performance of Assembled Monolithic Concrete Shear Walls
【摘要】 介绍了一种适用于住宅产业化的新型装配整体式剪力墙结构体系——预制混凝土空心模板剪力墙.完成了1个现浇钢筋混凝土剪力墙试件和2个预制混凝土空心模板剪力墙试件在恒定轴力下的拟静力试验,研究了新型墙体的破坏过程和破坏模式,分析了内部结合面、竖向接缝对墙体受剪性能的影响.研究结果表明:预制混凝土空心模板剪力墙出现宏观竖向裂缝,可避免发生脆性剪切破坏;竖向接缝是影响预制混凝土空心模板剪力墙性能的重要因素;预制混凝土空心模板剪力墙构造合理,可应用于实际工程.
【Abstract】 Shear wall built with precast two-way hollow slabs applied in housing industrialization is an innovative shear wall. To study the failure process and the failure mode of the new typed walls,and to analyze the effect of inner joints and vertical joints on shear performance of the walls,one cast-in-place reinforced concrete shear wall and two shear walls built with precasted hollow slab are quasi-statically tested. The results indicate that the deformability of the new typed walls is good and brittle shear failure is avoided by vertical initiated cracks. Vertical joint is the key factor that affects the behavior of the walls. The construction of the new typed walls is reasonable. Therefore,it can be applied in practical engineering.
