【摘要】 目的分析地震灾区铁钉刺伤发病,总结地震灾区铁钉刺伤治疗经验。方法分析四川平武县南坝镇"5·12"地震后125例铁钉刺伤的临床资料。结果125例铁钉刺伤者中男97例,女28例,年龄6～65岁,86例为当地居民,39例为外来救援人员。就诊时间34例于伤后6h内,45例于6～12h内,33例在12～24h内,13例于24h后。受伤部位103例在足部,12例在小腿,10例在手掌。11例仅刺入皮肤,48例深及浅筋膜,57例深及肌肉和肌腱。9例穿透手掌或足掌。出现感染表现27例,125例伤员均接受彻底冲洗,清创,引流,注射破伤风抗毒素和抗厌氧菌抗生素。125例均治愈。结论铁钉刺伤在木结构房屋普遍的地震灾区常见。应尽早治疗,预后较好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the experience in iron nail stab injury in earthquake-stricken areas.Methods The clinical data of 125 patients with nail stab wound aged 6～65,97 males and 28 females,86 local residents and 30 non-local rescuers,in the earthquake-stricken area of Nanba Town,Pingwu County,Sichuan Province,were analyzed.Results Of the 125 patients,34 visited the medical workers within 6 h after the nail stab,45 within 6～12 h,33 within 12～24 h,and 13 more than 24 h later.The location of stab included foot bottom(n=103),shank(n=12),and palm(n=10).In 11 cases the wound was in the skin only,in 48 cases deep to the superficial fascia,and in 57 cases deep to the muscles and tendons.The palm or sole was penetrated in 9 cases.Infection occurred in 27 cases,and the 125 cases that sought medical help 24 h after the injury had occurred all suffered from infection.Early thorough debridement,washing,and drainage were conducted.Tetanus antitoxin was injected,and anti-anaerobic antibiotics were used.All the wounded persons were cured.Conclusion Nail stab injury is common in earthquake-stricken-areas where wood structure houses are prevalent.Early treatment is very important.The prognosis is good.更多还原
