下店子铜铁矿爆破振动对周边环境影响的监测与分析
Monitoring and analysis of the impact of blast vibration on surrounding environment in Xiadianzi Cu-Fe Mine
【摘要】 在对下店子铜铁矿正常生产爆破振动监测的基础上,对监测的有效数据进行最小二乘法线性回归分析和频域分析,分析结果表明:该矿正常生产爆破最大单响药量为14kg时,实际监测结果和预测结果都合符《爆破安全规程》(GB6722-2011)的规定,该矿目前爆破方式和规模是安全可行的;质点爆破振动速度大小与爆破最大单响药量和到爆破点距离密切相关,爆破振动速度和振动频率都随着爆心距的增加而衰减。最后,提出通过开挖减振沟的方式来控制采场爆破振动对周边建筑物的影响。
【Abstract】 Based on monitoring the blasting vibration of normal production in Xiadianzi Cu-Fe Mine,the monitoring valid data is analyzed with the Least-Squares method for linear-regression pattern and frequency domain analysis.The analysis results show that the values of actual monitoring data and predictor data are both below the rule of"Blasting Safety Regulations"(GB6722-2011),so the maximum interval charge of millisecond blasting at 14 kg is feasible and safety in Xiadianzi Cu-Fe Mine,the velocity of particles blasting vibration is closely related to the maximum interval charge of millisecond blasting and the distance from the bursting point.The velocity of particles blasting vibration and the vibration frequency of blasting both are attenuated by the increasing distance from the bursting point to the measuring points.At last,putting forward a way of excavating damping ditch to control the impact of the blasting vibration to the nearby buildings.
