露天矿高陡边坡稳定性评价及综合加固措施
Stability evaluation and comprehensive reinforcement measures of high steep open pit slope
【摘要】 以某露天矿高陡边坡为例,采用ANSYS有限元软件对边坡进行稳定性评价,针对A区边坡稳定性差且易风化的特点,采取预应力锚索和喷射混凝土护坡综合加固措施,有效增强边坡的整体稳定性。考虑岩体受断层、节理面、裂隙面等软弱结构面以及其中的岩体结构优势面等综合影响,利用经验法对岩体强度参数进行折减。为确保边坡在采矿过程中的安全稳定,利用ANSYS软件验算预应力锚索加固后边坡的稳定性,结果显示边坡稳定性系数达到规范要求,并采用GPS-RTK系统对边坡进行跟踪监测,为矿山的安全高效开采提供有效指导。
【Abstract】 Taken a high steep open pit slope as an example,ANSYS finite element software is carried out on the slope stability evaluation,in view of the poor stability and easy weathering characteristics of region A slope,the comprehensive reinforcement method is adopted by use of the prestressed anchor cable and shotcrete support to increase whole stability of the rock slope.This paper uses the empirical method to make reduction for rock mass strength parameters,which considers the combination influence of many factors such as fault,joint plane,fissureplane,rock mass and its structure plane and so on.To ensure the security and stability of slope in the mining process,stability of the slope is checked by using the ANSYS software after reinforcement by the prestressed anchor cable,the stability coefficient meet requirement,and the GPS-RTK system is used for tracking slope monitoring,it provides guidance for safe and efficient mining.
