【摘要】 为便于城市规划部门预留道路用地并为下一步工程设计阶段提供依据,在项目立项前应组织开展快速路交通详细规划设计。交通详细规划设计应结合区域城市规划、现状交通供给情况、交通运行状况,合理预测快速路交通量,提出快速路的功能定位、建设标准、建设规模、交通组织、线位走向、断面形式、敷设方式、节点方案、控制因素、工程投资等。结果表明,交通详细规划能让甲方在做决策前掌握工程规模、工程关键控制因素、工程投资,能降低决策风险。更多还原

【Abstract】 To organize and develop traffic planning and design of expressway before the project is established,in order to reserve lands for roads for urban planning department and to provide basis for the next step of engineering design.Traffic planning and design should be combined with regional urban-planning,current situation of traffic supply,situation of traffic operation.And to estimate reasonably the traffic volume of expessway,put forward the functional positioning,construction standard,construction scale,traffic organization and line oriention,section form,laying mode,node scheme,control factors,etc.The results show that traffic planning can enable first party to know the scale of the project,the key of controlling factors of the project and the investment of the project before making the decision,and reduce the risk of decision.更多还原
