【摘要】 生态环境攸关人们的生存与发展,当前全球生态问题日益严重,全球生态治理困境重重,生态环境的"公地悲剧"持续发酵,经济发展与生态保护的矛盾不断激化,各利益主体利用和破坏生态环境后,却不愿承担起生态治理的责任,造成了全球生态治理"主体缺位"的窘境。面临全球生态治理的困境与挑战,习近平总书记继承、发展和创新了马克思主义生态思想、中国传统生态智慧以及中国共产党人的生态治理思想,提出了一系列关于全球生态治理的新观点、新论断,并积极倡导构建人类命运共同体以促进全球生态治理,强调走绿色发展的道路,并通过不断完善的全球生态治理机制来保障生态治理的有效性,主动地为全球生态治理提供中国智慧与中国方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 The ecological environment is vital to people’s survival and development.Current global ecological problems are becoming more and more serious.Global ecological governance is in dire straits.The ecological tragedy of the commons continues to ferment.The contradiction between economic development and ecological protection is intensifying.After various stakeholders utilize and destroy the ecological environment,they are unwilling to assume the responsibility of ecological governance,resulting in the dilemma of "the absence of the main body" of global ecological governance.Facing the predicament and challenges of global ecological governance,General Secretary Xi Jinping inherited,developed and innovated Marxist ecological thought,Chinese traditional ecological wisdom and Chinese Party Communists’ ecological governance thoughts,and proposed a series of new ideas and new theories on global ecological governance.And he actively advocated the construction of a community of human destiny to promote global ecological governance,emphasizing the path of green development,and ensuring the effectiveness of ecological governance through continuous improvement of global ecological governance mechanisms,and providing Chinese wisdom and China’s plan for global ecological governance.更多还原
