蓖麻油用量对水性聚氨酯染料的影响

【摘要】 以蓖麻油(CO)、异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯(IPDI)、聚己内酯二元醇(PCL)、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和FB分散红为主要原料合成了蓖麻油基水性聚氨酯染料并固化成膜。通过FT-IR、粒径、吸水率、力学性能、TG等研究了蓖麻油用量对水性聚氨酯乳液与固化膜的影响。结果表明:蓖麻油成功接入聚氨酯分子主链中;随着蓖麻油用量的增加,乳液粒径逐渐增大;固化膜的吸水率先减小后增大,拉伸强力先增大后减小,断裂伸长率逐渐减小。引入蓖麻油使胶膜的耐热性有所提高,当CO与PCL物质的量比为5∶5时,固化膜的综合性能最好,热降解活化能为105.31 kJ/mol。

【Abstract】 The castor oil-based waterborne polyurethane dyes were prepared with castor oil(CO), isophorone diisocyanate(IPDI), polycaprolactone diols(PCL), dimethylol propionic acid(DMPA) and FB disperse red as the main raw materials, and solidified into film. The effects of castor oil dosage on waterborne polyurethane emulsion and curing film were studied by FT-IR, particle size, water absorption, mechanical properties and TG. The results showed that castor oil was successfully inserted into the main chain of polyurethane molecules. With the increase of castor oil dosage, the particle size of emulsion increased gradually, and the water absorption of the cured film decreased first and then increased, the tensile strength first increased and then decreased, and the elongation at break decreased. The heat resistance of the film was improved by the introduction of castor oil. When the molar ratio of CO to PCL was 5∶5, the comprehensive properties of the cured film were the best, and the activation energy of thermal degradation was 105.31 kJ/mol.
