【摘要】 开展污染源普查是石油石化企业摸清污染物产生、排放和处理情况,加强污染源监管、防控环境风险、制定环保管理决策的重要依据。文章对石油石化企业在污染源普查过程中存在的对污染源普查工作认识不到位、普查数据填报质量差、污染源档案管理松散等问题进行了分析,提出加强宣传、提高认识、做好过程控制、加强和规范污染源普查档案管理的对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The second pollution sources census of group corporation is an important measure to promote the green development of enterprises,an important basis for accurately judging the environmental protection state of enterprises,and effectively implementing environmental protection management.Currently,reported data for pollution sources census is of low quality,lack of consensus,and the pollution source archives were lacking management.Based on the above mentioned problems.a series of countermeasures were putting forward including strengthen publicity,deepen the understanding,enhance process control,and regulate the management of pollution source census archives.更多还原
