准噶尔盆地克拉美丽火山岩气田开发技术

【摘要】 克拉美丽气田是新疆油田发现的第1个火山岩气田,也是准噶尔盆地第1个特大型火山岩气田,由于对火山岩气田的开发经验欠缺,目前准噶尔盆地没有现成的研究成果和开发经验可以借鉴,气田若进行全面开发,存在气藏控制因素和构造内幕不清、储层预测和裂缝识别难度大、有效储层的识别和分布不清、开发技术政策界限和开发主体技术不确定等难点。针对这些难点,采用全三维解释、测井响应特征分析、地震反演、气藏综合分析方法与数值模拟、欠平衡、水平井钻井和压裂改造等技术,对火山岩气藏的地质特征进行了精细刻画,建立了岩性识别图版;研究了开发技术政策界限,确定直井单井产量为3.5×10~4~7×10~4m~3/d,采气速度为1.5%~2.5%,建成了年产气量为5×10~8m~3的产能规模。

【Abstract】 Kelameili gas field is the first large volcanic gas field,which has no previous research and development experience for present reference due to the lack of exploitation experience of volcanic field.There are several difficulties to develop it,such as the understanding of the controlling factors and internal tectonics of the gas reservoir,the difficulty of reservoir prediction and fracture identification,and the uncertain criterion on reservoir classification and evaluation,as well as the uncertain identification and distribution of effective reservoir,therefore,it is hard to determine the limits of development technique policy and main development techniques.In this paper,the geological features of volcanic gas reservoirs are thoroughly characterized,and the lithologic identification drawing board is established,so,the capacity and production rate are identified.Based on that,the main development techniques are proposed and the problems of gas reservoir development are solved by three-dimensional interpretation,logging response analysis,seismic inversion,comprehensive analysis of gas reservoir and numerical simulation,underbalanced and horizontal drilling techniques and other techniques.A series of techniques which are applicable to development of volcanic gas reservoir in Juggar basin has been formed by technical studies on volcanic gas reservoir exploitation.
