提高抽油井液位测量深度和精度的方法

【摘要】 指出了目前回声测距法存在的问题,研究了影响回声测距法深度与精度的主要因素。通过数值模拟发现,高压喷注可在套管内产生能传播很远的低频宽脉冲声波,为提高测量深度找到了有效途径。在声速计算方面,采用信号短时自相关处理技术,明显提高了声速计算精度,进而提高了抽油井液位的测量精度。实际应用效果表明,使用高压喷注声源结合信号短时处理技术在提高回声测距法的深度和精度方面取得了一定突破,为这一方法的应用提供了参考。

【Abstract】 The main problems existed in the echo method for oil well depth measurement are pointed out,and the main factors influencing the measurement range and precision of the echo method are analyzed too.Numerical simulation result shows that jet wash under high pressure could produce a broad pulse of sound wave in casing tube,and the sound could propagate more distance than others in practice.In respect of the problem of sound speed calculation,the Short-Time Auto-Correlation Function method may be used.As a result,the measurement range and the measurement precision of the echo method can be improved obviously.And the conclusion has been testified in field experiment.
